We currently ship our products across India. International shipping options will be introduced soon.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days.
- Express delivery: 2-3 business days (available in select locations).
- Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Express shipping charges vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
6. Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team.
- If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed packages.
